DONATIONS IN KIND

Make a difference in someone’s life with new or good condition pre-loved items. To help us stay relevant in our work, we have collated a list of the community’s current needs below. Please email us if you like to donate. As the community’s needs do change from time to time, do check out this page for the updated list. Kindly refer to our FAQ below for more information.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) Can Beyond pick up the items? How do I drop off my items?

We apologise that we have no pickup service. You may wish to drop off your items at any of our offices on weekdays, 10am to 5pm (except for public holidays). We request for you to label your bags or boxes with information of the contents. Do call us at 6375 2940 to make arrangements for a staff to attend to you.

2) Can I donate furniture or bulky electrical appliances?

If you like to donate new or good condition pre-loved furniture or bulky electrical appliances, please email us the dimensions and pictures. We request for 2 to 3 weeks to identify a family with the specific need. We seek your kind understanding that we are unable to accept the item if no family needs it.

As we have no storage space and logistical resources, the items will have to be delivered directly to the families. We like to appeal to you to sponsor and arrange the move. If it’s not possible, we will reach out to our network of volunteer drivers and manpower to transport the bulky item. Please note that we need about 3 to 4 weeks to find these volunteers.
