Alvin is a highly dynamic brand leader with over 30 years in branding and marketing. Carrying core values of service excellence from his decade long experience at Singapore Airlines, he continues to deliver high standards of service in the work he does in addition to his own personal benchmark for exceeding expectations.
Under his leadership as Head of Corporate Affairs at BusAds Pte Ltd, he has attained multiple awards for the company and has grown the company’s network of clients to include major media owners and government agencies. In 2009, he was honored with JCI Top Outstanding Young Persons of Singapore Award and 2012 CEO Award.
Alvin is also the founder of The Intan, an award-winning Peranakan private home museum, where he shares the Peranakan culture to guests and visitors. Apart from his cultural roots, his passion also extends to the arts and also in uplifting the less privileged in Singapore.
In his free time, Alvin enjoys spending time with his nephews and connecting with nature through gardening.

Peter Hum is the Founder, Principal Consultant, and Managing Director of StrateValue Pte Ltd, a leading boutique business management and advisory firm based in Singapore.
Peter has held successive career roles ranging from executive, board management, sales, business development leadership, and serial entrepreneurship across Asia and North America.
He has provided strategic and operational guidance to senior executives in some of the largest multinational organisations in Asia. At Beyond Social Services, Peter, immediate past President, led a truly dynamic and highly experienced Board of Directors composed of senior executive thought leaders from industry sectors such as private, NGO and government.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialisation in Management Information Systems from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. Peter is passionate about giving his time and experience to NGOs in Singapore and loves the life journey of discovering new cultures, food, and people through his travels and culinary endeavours.

Peter Lim is Director, Emerging Technologies, at Temasek International. He is on secondment from the Singapore Government.
Peter has held various roles in the Singapore Government. He was Director, Fiscal Policy, Ministry of Finance, where he oversaw the national budget as well as COVID-19 economic relief. He also oversaw the national infrastructure bonds programme and green bonds programme. Prior to this, he was Vice President, Private Equity, at GIC. Peter was Special Assistant to Deputy Prime Minister and Co-ordinating Minister for Social and Economic Policies Tharman Shanmugaratnam from 2014-2017.
Peter holds a Masters from Stanford, Johns Hopkins, as well as a double degree in economics and electrical engineering from Michigan, Ann Arbor. He has been awarded the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2021, and Public Administration Medal (Silver) COVID in 2022 and is a Lien Fellow.
Peter is passionate about serving Singapore in different capacities.

Andy has held various leadership positions with Baker & McKenzie, one of the largest international law firms. Andy presently leads Baker McKenzie’s Singapore office Intellectual Property and Technology (IPTech) Practice Group, as well as Baker McKenzie’s Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) industry group in Asia Pacific. He is also the Managing Partner and Head of the IPTech Practice Group of Baker McKenzie’s Yangon office in Myanmar. Andy is also presently an appointed mediator of the World Intellectual Property Organisation Arbitration and Mediation Centre and a member of the Singapore Copyright Tribunal appointed by the Singapore Ministry of Law.
With 30 years of experience handling contentious and non-contentious matters in all areas of IP and Technology, he has acted for international clients, including many of the world’s best known brand names and technologies. He handles all forms of IP enforcement and dispute resolution matters and advises on the commercial exploitation of IP and Technology rights, particularly in the pharmaceutical, technology and media industries.
Andy is passionate in mentoring lawyers and providing them guidance as they go about their legal career. He is a mentor leader of the Leaders Investing for Tomorrow (LIFT) program at Baker McKenzie, where he focuses on the advancement of high-potential female partners annually through leadership development and sponsorship.

Alok Kochhar is a veteran banker with over four decades of professional experience in finance and markets. He was Vice Chairman-Asia for Bank of America Merrill Lynch till his retirement in 2014, having worked in several businesses and geograhies. Since 2015, he has been an advisor (including to Boston Consulting Group), consultant, board director, investor and supporter of several Fintech firms in Asia.
He joined the Management Board of Beyond Social Services in 2015 and was one of the previous Presidents of the Board besides contributing to several committees during his years of engagement with Beyond.
He is committed to serving the under-privileged in Singapore by supporting the communities to realise their goals. He has been very focused on Beyond achieving financial self-sustainability.
He is a Chemical Engineer from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi and MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Hana is a women & children’s rights advocate, neurodiversity champion, therapeutic playmaker and liberative parent.
She practices the trauma-informed approach to their work as the Lead Researcher at AWARE and as an adjunct faculty at National University of Singapore.
Hana has extensive local and international experience working with vulnerable and marginalised populations in the field of community development and psychology.
Her projects include working with populations affected by ethnic conflict and tsunami in Sri Lanka, with Aboriginal communities and persons with disabilities in Queensland, and young people involved in gang conflict in Brazil.
At present, Hana’s work includes supporting neurodivergent children and their families, single mothers, youth mental health, transnational families as well as research and advocacy on family violence.
She also serves on the Board of Visitors for SCDF & SPF Detention Barracks and member of National Crime Prevention Council.

Lekha George is a Human Resources leader with 25+ years in leading technology and energy multinational companies spanning Asia, Middle East and Europe. She has driven value in the organisation through a business and outcome focused approach and is a proven strategic leader
with a people first focus. She has helped create an enabling company culture built on the foundation of trust, respect and empowerment, driven by open dialogue and role modelling by leadership.
She has developed and championed talent strategy focusing on strategic proactive hiring and development of talent. She has driven a thoughtful focused approach on employee engagement and holistic wellbeing. She has enabled open conversations on diversity and focused efforts to drive women’s leadership programs in the organization.
As a thought leader in the industry, she has spoken on topics spanning organizational culture, diversity, criticality of women’s empowerment and the role of women in tech, innovation and learning. She is a curiosity driven professional with a learning mindset. She has shared corporate perspectives to help shape the 2019 Citizen’s Panel recommendations on flexible work policy considerations by the Singapore government. She has helped shape CSR decisions and currently volunteers her time with social services organizations in Singapore that work with disadvantaged communities and persons in emotional distress.
Currently she holds the positions of Board Member and People Development Committee Chair at Beyond Social Services and is an HR Board Committee member at Samaritans of Singapore (SOS).

As Chief of Data Science Practice at NUS-ISS since August 2023, Clara leads data science initiatives, shaping strategies, and advancing research and education. She spearheads the Sustainability chapter for NUS-ISS Vision 2030, focusing on digital sustainability and promoting digital green skills.
Clara Lee is a distinguished technology and operations leader known for driving competitive advantage in global markets through digital transformation and operational excellence. With extensive experience in industries such as manufacturing, specialty chemicals, real estate, and smart city management, she excels in leveraging global resources and fostering strategic partnerships. Clara, fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, is featured among the 55 CIOs in “Inspire Beyond SG50” and is two times winner of “The World CIO 200 Awards”.
Clara serves as a Board Member and Chair of the IT Committee at Beyond Social Services and a Mentor for the Singapore Mentorship Committee. She is an alumnus of INSEAD and Duke University.
