Alvin is a highly dynamic brand leader with over 30 years in branding and marketing. Carrying core values of service excellence from his decade long experience at Singapore Airlines, he continues to deliver high standards of service in the work he does in addition to his own personal benchmark for exceeding expectations.
Under his leadership as Head of Corporate Affairs at BusAds Pte Ltd, he has attained multiple awards for the company and has grown the company’s network of clients to include major media owners and government agencies. In 2009, he was honored with JCI Top Outstanding Young Persons of Singapore Award and 2012 CEO Award.
Alvin is also the founder of The Intan, an award-winning Peranakan private home museum, where he shares the Peranakan culture to guests and visitors. Apart from his cultural roots, his passion also extends to the arts and also in uplifting the less privileged in Singapore.
In his free time, Alvin enjoys spending time with his nephews and connecting with nature through gardening.

Peter Lim is a partner at Feedback Ventures, focusing on VC fund investing in Asia AI. Prior to this he had spent three years at Temasek and Xora, where he invested in global AI infrastructure startups. He was also Vice President Private Equity at GIC.
Peter had spent many years in the public sector leading major national programmes. He led Singapore’s COVID economic relief programmes (US$75B), spearheaded the national budget, and launched Singapore’s infrastructure debt programme (US$70B). Peter was Chief of Staff to then Deputy Prime Minister, now President, Tharman Shanmugaratnam. He has led policies across many departments in the Government, including on immigration, foreign workforce, and social mobility. Peter is a Stanford Sloan Fellow, a Lien Fellow, and Vice President for Beyond Social Services. Peter has a MSc Business Administration from Stanford, a MSc in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins, as well as double BSc in Economics and Electrical Engineering from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Peter is passionate about serving Singapore in different capacities. Peter was on the Board since Jun 2023.
Gilbert has over 26 years of experience in government and the NTUC, where he worked closely with MNCs, SMEs, start-ups, and large local enterprises to drive business transformation through manpower development and strategic planning.
He has mentored C-suite leaders and boards on navigating complex workforce and environmental challenges, connecting them with relevant partners to help them thrive in a fast-evolving economy.
As a key NTUC leader, Gilbert spearheaded national initiatives in training, employment, and productivity, aligning workforce development with business needs. He led efforts to launch funding schemes for automation and professional development, particularly for PMETs, and forged partnerships with IHLs, CET centres, trade associations, and community groups to scale up transformation support.
Earlier in his career, he served 13 years in the public service, working on projects related to urban greenery, construction, food resilience, and policy development.
He now runs a recruitment agency and consulting firm, continuing to support leaders and SMEs with tailored business growth strategies, mentorship, and transformation tools.

Andy has held various leadership positions with Baker & McKenzie, one of the largest international law firms. Andy presently leads Baker McKenzie’s Singapore office Intellectual Property and Technology (IPTech) Practice Group, as well as Baker McKenzie’s Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) industry group in Asia Pacific. He is also the Managing Partner and Head of the IPTech Practice Group of Baker McKenzie’s Yangon office in Myanmar. Andy is also presently an appointed mediator of the World Intellectual Property Organisation Arbitration and Mediation Centre and a member of the Singapore Copyright Tribunal appointed by the Singapore Ministry of Law.
With 30 years of experience handling contentious and non-contentious matters in all areas of IP and Technology, he has acted for international clients, including many of the world’s best known brand names and technologies. He handles all forms of IP enforcement and dispute resolution matters and advises on the commercial exploitation of IP and Technology rights, particularly in the pharmaceutical, technology and media industries.
Andy is passionate in mentoring lawyers and providing them guidance as they go about their legal career. He is a mentor leader of the Leaders Investing for Tomorrow (LIFT) program at Baker McKenzie, where he focuses on the advancement of high-potential female partners annually through leadership development and sponsorship.

As Chief of Data Science Practice at NUS-ISS since August 2023, Clara leads data science initiatives, shaping strategies, and advancing research and education. She spearheads the Sustainability chapter for NUS-ISS Vision 2030, focusing on digital sustainability and promoting digital green skills.
Clara Lee is a distinguished technology and operations leader known for driving competitive advantage in global markets through digital transformation and operational excellence. With extensive experience in industries such as manufacturing, specialty chemicals, real estate, and smart city management, she excels in leveraging global resources and fostering strategic partnerships. Clara, fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, is featured among the 55 CIOs in “Inspire Beyond SG50” and is two times winner of “The World CIO 200 Awards”.
Clara serves as a Board Member and Chair of the IT Committee at Beyond Social Services and a Mentor for the Singapore Mentorship Committee. She is an alumnus of INSEAD and Duke University.

Peter Hum is the Founder, Principal Consultant, and Managing Director of StrateValue Pte Ltd, a leading boutique business management and advisory firm based in Singapore.
Peter has held successive career roles ranging from executive, board management, sales, business development leadership, and serial entrepreneurship across Asia and North America.
He has provided strategic and operational guidance to senior executives in some of the largest multinational organisations in Asia. At Beyond Social Services, Peter, immediate past President, led a truly dynamic and highly experienced Board of Directors composed of senior executive thought leaders from industry sectors such as private, NGO and government.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialisation in Management Information Systems from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. Peter is passionate about giving his time and experience to NGOs in Singapore and loves the life journey of discovering new cultures, food, and people through his travels and culinary endeavours.
